Please contact Group Sales to schedule your visit at least one week in advance to determine your desired visit date and arrival time. Peak months for groups are March, April and May. For tour groups, the museum offers free access to a guide and guide. Youth groups must have one chaperone for every 10 children.

The museum is fully accessible to all visitors. The museum has a limited number of wheelchairs available for free use.
Payment is due 72 hours prior to arrival. There must be one designated group leader who will pay for the group prior to arrival and check in at the museum box office on the day of the visit. The Museum does not directly issue invoices or accept purchase orders for payment. Group meals are paid for by American Sector Catering prior to arrival.
To cancel an existing group booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Group tour cancellations are non-refundable within 72 hours of group arrival.
The museum offers a bus drop-off/loading zone only on Magazine Street (GPS address: 945 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70130). Museum staff will issue a parking pass to the bus driver, allowing free parking two blocks from Magazine Street along the I-10 overpass. Due to safety concerns, buses are not permitted to unload/load in front of the museum on Andrew Higgins Drive. Paid parking is available in the museum garage at 1024 Ajakirjade Street.
