Heartwarming Reunion Signs That Welcomed These Soldiers Home At Last
The Canteen offers a unique line-up of entertainment every week, showcasing the songs, styles, stars and spirit of this incredible era. Enjoy evening and matinee shows featuring headliners, signature musical productions, big bands, dance, Victory Bells Vocal Trio, and more, plus brunch, brunch or lunch at The American Restaurant sector. It's all at BB's Stage Door Canteen!
**Additional performances may be added on other dates with minimum band ticket purchases based on space and talent.
Catch a matinee lunchtime show (offered on Wednesdays) at the award-winning Canteen Stage Door BB. For groups of 50 or more, inquire about additional daytime matinee performance options. Lunch is also available in one of the museum's rental buildings.

Soldier's Heart Tugging Reunion
American Sector Restaurant + Bar offers unique garden-to-table cuisine, featuring locally grown vegetables and herbs, as well as hand-picked meats, seafood and dairy products. American Sector Catering offers delicious lunch options for groups to dine in or take out for groups of 10 or more. Please call 504-528-1944 x 222 to place your dining order.
Please contact Group Sales to arrange your visit at least one week in advance to confirm availability of the tour date and time of arrival. The peak months for the group are March, April and May. For tour groups, the museum offers free admission to tour guides and drivers. Youth groups must have one chaperone for every 10 children.
We recommend at least three hours to visit the museum's galleries. Groups can also enjoy a 4D cinema experience.
At additional cost depending on availability. Group Sales will be happy to assist you in booking BBK Stage Door Canteen groups and/or museum lunches and dinners.
Military Mom's Surprise Reunion
The museum is fully ADA accessible for all visitors. A limited number of wheelchairs are provided free of charge to the museum.
Payment is required 72 hours prior to arrival. A designated group leader must arrange payment for the group prior to arrival and entry on the day of the museum visit. The museum does not issue direct invoices or accept purchase orders for payment. Payment for group meals must be made through American Sector Catering prior to arrival.
To cancel an existing group booking please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Group tour cancellations within 72 hours of group arrival are non-refundable.
The museum provides a drop-off area for buses on Magazine Street (GPS address: 945 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70130). Museum staff will issue bus driver permits for the free bus two blocks below Magazine Street under the I-10 freeway. Buses are not allowed to load/unload on Andrew Higgins Drive in front of the museum due to safety concerns. Paid parking is available in the museum parking garage located at 1024 Magazine Street.
